Did every payout land?

Drop in the payout export you already have from your bank or provider. See what landed, what is late or stuck, what came back and why, with the next step for each one. No account, no keys, nothing stored. SwapEazi never sends, holds or retries money: every fix is yours to release in your own provider.

Why this matters

A payout that does not land costs more than its fee.

  • About one in ten cross-border payments fails on the first attempt, and only 19% of institutions in Africa report failure or delay rates below 5%, against 92% in Europe (LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Datos Insights, October 2026).
  • Wrong or mismatched recipient details are the most common reason a payout is rejected. A name that differs from the one on the bank statement is enough.
  • When a payment is held, finding it takes days: banks spend over USD 1.6 billion a year investigating held cross-border payments (Swift's own estimate, 2025).
  • Sending a failed or held payout again before the first is resolved is how a supplier gets paid twice. The assessment flags it.

Your file is read in memory and not stored. Recipient names are used only to spot a possible double payment and are never shown back or kept. If you tick the box, only the anonymised outcome of each settled payout is kept for the shared landing rates. SwapEazi takes no fee or commission from any provider.
