SwapEazi is a non-custodial routing protocol. We do not hold, control, or have access to user funds at any point. All swaps are executed directly on-chain via the user's connected wallet. SwapEazi does not store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.

Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency swaps involve financial risk. Exchange rates fluctuate and on-chain transactions are irreversible. SwapEazi provides routing and fee estimates in good faith but does not guarantee exchange rates, transaction speed, or successful execution. Users are solely responsible for verifying destination addresses before confirming any swap.

Intellectual Property

The SwapEazi name, logo, and brand assets are the property of SwapEazi (Pty) Ltd. The routing interface is open source. Third-party protocol names referenced (Uniswap, Li.Fi, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of SwapEazi are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these notices constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
