SwapEazi is a technology company; it does not make payments
SwapEazi is software for cross-border payments. It reads a payment instruction, prices the routes and timing options across providers against an independent market reference, selects one by the rules the customer sets, watches the payment until it lands and measures what it cost. It is not a bank, payment institution, money transmitter, authorised dealer, foreign exchange provider or financial services provider. It does not accept, hold, move or exchange money, and holds no customer funds, so no deposit protection scheme applies.
Licensed providers execute every payment
Every payment, conversion, forward or fund holding priced by SwapEazi is made, priced and settled by the licensed bank or payment provider you choose, under its own terms, licences and complaints process. SwapEazi links to the provider; you start the payment there. SwapEazi takes no fees or commissions from any provider it measures.
Figures, estimates and timing
Measured figures carry a stated margin of error; estimates are labelled as estimates and are not quotes, and no provider is bound by them. Prices, limits and which provider publishes the lower all-in change from day to day, so a figure describes the moment it was produced.
Business use only
SwapEazi is offered to businesses and the people and software acting for them, not to consumers.

Nothing on this website is financial, tax, legal or investment advice. It is not an instruction to choose any provider. Exchange control, tax and reporting obligations in your own country are yours, and you should take your own advice on them.
