One price per payment. Quoted in full, before you commit.
No subscription, no setup fee, no minimum monthly volume and no charge for a quote. You see a single all-in figure and the breakdown behind it, and the number you approve is the number that leaves your account.
One all-in figure, itemised.
Most providers show you a total and leave you to work out what is inside it. Every quote we issue itemises all four lines.
The one rule. If a cost is not on the quote, it does not exist on your payment. We do not widen the exchange rate after you accept, we do not add a charge at settlement, and there is no fee that shows up on your statement instead of on the document you approved.
Indicative pricing by corridor.
Indicative all-in cost by corridor, covering everything above. These are estimates rather than offers: your rate depends on invoice size, volume and corridor, and it is fixed on your quote. Where a corridor is priced on enquiry, we confirm it with you directly.

Arrival times assume South African banking hours. Namibia, Lesotho and Eswatini price lower than the rest because their currencies are pegged one to one with the rand, so there is no exchange rate leg to pay for.
The percentage falls as the invoice grows.
Most of what it costs us to process a payment is fixed: the verification, the compliance review, the reconciliation. A R2 million invoice does not cost twenty times more to handle than a R100 000 one, and the price should reflect that rather than quietly not reflecting it.
Above roughly R250 000 per payment, or a regular monthly volume, we quote a rate rather than a rate card. Bring us your actual numbers and we will put your pricing in writing.
- Opening an account
- A monthly subscription or platform fee
- Getting a quote, however many you ask for
- A minimum monthly volume you have to reach
- A payment that failed and was returned to you
- Support, or reaching a person
The cost of the payment is not the cost of the problem.
Compare the fee against what the alternative actually costs your business, not against zero.
A known landed cost
You price your stock against a rand figure you were given up front, instead of discovering the real exchange rate and the deductions after the payment has cleared. One repriced container costs more than a year of fees.
Days back on every order
Suppliers release stock when funds reflect. Same-business-day settlement instead of a week in transit means shelves refilled sooner and less working capital tied up in payments that are still moving.
No currency to source
You pay in your own currency from your own account. No queuing for an allocation of hard currency, no informal intermediary, and no payment that simply cannot be made this month.
Get a real number, not an estimate.
Send us an invoice you are about to pay and where you are paying from. We will come back with the actual all-in cost for that payment, the breakdown behind it, and a straight comparison against what your bank would charge.
