Paste a payment confirmation from your bank to see what would be read and measured. Nothing is stored.
What you agree to
- Purpose. To measure what your past and future payments abroad cost against the official exchange rate on each payment's date.
- Read-only. SwapEazi never moves money. It cannot create, approve or cancel a payment, and asks only for read-only access.
- Storage. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Your data is kept only for your organisation and is never shown to anyone else.
- Sharing. Nothing is added to the shared bank-charges figures unless you turn it on, and then only four fields per payment: corridor, bank, month and the cost in basis points.
- Withdraw. Disconnect at any time: the tokens are deleted at once, and so are the transactions read.
- Law. Processed under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), for this purpose only. Consent version 2026-10-26.
Xero
Reads: the organisation's base currency and name; paid supplier bills in a foreign currency and their payments: the currency amount, the amount that left the bank account and the rate the books recorded; transfers between your bank accounts in different currencies.
Never: create, change or delete anything in the account; initiate, approve or cancel a payment; move money.

Sage Business Cloud Accounting (South Africa)
Reads: the companies you choose; supplier payments and supplier invoices in a foreign currency: the currency amount, the home-currency amount and the exchange rate recorded.

Reads: the accounts you link, and their transactions for the period you ask for: date, amount and description.

Each successful fetch costs SwapEazi R6 (Banklink's price, as the owner gave it), so transactions are fetched only when you ask, and kept for 24 hours.
Forward your bank's payment advices
Reads: only the emails your forwarding rule sends: your bank's SWIFT advices and proofs of payment.
Never: read any other email; create, change or delete anything in the account; initiate, approve or cancel a payment; move money.
